The watch is delivered to you with all paperwork, tags, booklets, all together in the official Rolex box. Because we are not an official Rolex dealer, the only thing you don't get is the factory 2-year warranty but we replace that with our own Lifetime Warranty. Capetown's repair centers are staffed by Rolex trained repair personel who has access to all Rolex genuine parts.
